Below is a summary of the key requirements to join NFLS BCA's teaching team:

Academic Qualifications: You must have at least a bachelor’s degree in your teaching subject, with preference given to those holding a master’s degree.

Professional Certification: You should hold—or qualify for—a British Columbia teaching certificate. Teachers with teaching certificates from other Canadian provinces or other countries will be able to apply for a BC teaching certificate during onboarding process.

Teaching Experience: A minimum of two full years of high-school or international school teaching experience is required.
